JMK Design & Co. was created in 2018 by Jonathan Michael Kosorek (Jon) a Chef turned Contractor. JMK Design & Co.LLC was formed in 2020 to be the common thread trying together the individual skills and passions Jon has pursued and excelled at over the past three decades.
JMK Design & Co. is a Design-Build Firm and Consultation company that can help Commercial and Residential clients alike find solutions.
For our commercial clients we can help with design, layout concept and recipe development. We can help walk you though city and county requirements as well as source out the proper equipment for your project. Jon has built out and developed numerous concepts from scratch and usually on a shoestring.
For our residential clients we can help you with design, layout and sourcing of equipment. We can offer you unique kitchen designs weather indoor or outdoor with truly one of kind features.
We offer custom fabrication and manufacture of Tables, Counters, Pizza Ovens, Built in Grills and Fire Pits. We also work with quality manufactures of specialty equipment and supplies and believe strongly in promoting local Artisans and Makers.
Education:
Founder Jonathan M Kosorek attended the The Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, NY. Cooked his way through many Michelin starred kitchens and was a pioneer in multiple genres in his own food projects. Jon is also a licensed contractor and certified Business and Project Manager.
Kosorek's projects have been recognized by local and national publications.
